Central Park

The 7.5 square miles of what used to be the Stapleton International Airport now lies one of the country’s largest urban in-fill redevelopment projects, the community of Central Park. The area is modeled after Denver’s classic neighborhoods with a few environment-friendly updates. The community is filled with affordable housing for both individuals and families in 12 different neighborhoods. Central Park is a buzzing town full of walking and biking paths, farmers markets, concerts in the park, and local shops and restaurants.
