Capitol Hill

Located in Downtown Denver, Capitol Hill was
originally the home of Denver's elite, who
constructed elaborate mansions along its stately,
tree-lined streets. Today, Capitol Hill is an eclectic
neighborhood filled with residences ranging from
turn-of-the-last-century homes to modern high rises
to older multi-family walk-ups. Capitol Hill is one of
the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Denver,
well known as a haven for artists and bohemians
due to its numerous restaurants, clubs, bars, and
entertainment venues. With its proximity to two
major city parks, Civic Center Park and Cheesman
Park, Capitol Hill is a hub for citywide outdoor
festivals, concerts and special events.
